In general, our opportunities are projects involving the acquisition, renovation (where applicable), operation and sale of a property managed as a tourist apartment or as a room-by-room rental.

For each property we estimate the operating result and a sale price over a given time horizon; these are estimates and may not be achieved.

In selecting properties we analyze data from the main vacation-rental and real estate portals, as well as the price trends of similar transactions, in order to estimate variables such as location, seasonality, occupancy, daily rate and the evolution of the supply of similar properties. In this way we aim for a reasonable balance between return and risk.

To withdraw money from your Brickstarter account and receive it in your bank account, go to the fund withdrawal section of your private area, select the destination bank account, enter the amount and request the transfer.

You decide which projects to invest in and how much.

The return depends on the project and is not guaranteed. In Brickstarter projects you can obtain two types of return: on the one hand, monthly income from the operation of the tourist apartment; on the other, a capital gain from the sale of the property if the target sale price is reached. Either may be lower than expected or may not occur.

No. Although you are investing in a real estate property, and despite our extensive experience buying and managing vacation rental properties, as in any other investment there is a risk of not getting the expected return or even losing all the invested capital.

Spreading your investment across several properties means you do not depend on a single project and lets you get to know different opportunities. Diversification does not eliminate risk or guarantee any return: each project may produce lower results than expected or losses.
